Fraser Suites Muscat

We booked a two bedroom apartment for four nights and it was excellent. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The rooftop pool is nice, especially at sunset (see picture) and the gym is one of the best equipped that we've used.

The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay, and we appreciated that they even offered us a late checkout (though we didn’t end up using it). We didn’t use the kitchen area much, so can’t speak to that, but overall it was still a comfortable stay and we had no major issues.

The staff were so helpful and friendly: firstly, Ismail and Reem spent a great deal of time going through excursion options with us and had excellent suggestions on how to make the best of our week's stay; the hotel staff generally were hard working and responsive. The room was massive and comfortable. The parking garage was practical being underground which kept the car cool. The view of the Muhammad al-Amin Mosque from the café's terrace at night is one of my most memorable sights. The restaurant Mais in the building serves beautiful meals and the service is excellent. The location for getting anywhere in Muscat is perfect. You're surrounded by malls and supermarkets for respite from the heat.

Big, clean room with terrace overlooking the mosque. Very comfortable bed, maybe the best we had in Oman! Hamra was a great restaurant for the evenings serving reasonable priced food. Very close to the mosque and mall of Oman. Staff were great. A lot of locals on the hotel so need to ensure you dress appropriately.

Our stay at Fraser Suites Muscat was truly exceptional, made all the more memorable by the outstanding service we received. One of the highlights of our visit was a breathtaking excursion to the Ad Dimaniyat Islands, a pristine paradise where we snorkeled with sea turtles and marveled at the stunning marine life. This experience was arranged with the help of Reem, a remarkable member of the Fraser Suites team. Reem’s warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. Despite our last-minute request, she worked tirelessly to coordinate everything perfectly, ensuring that we had a seamless and unforgettable experience. Reem’s genuine enthusiasm and dedication to making our stay special truly set her apart and left a lasting impression on our family. The entire team at Fraser Suites Muscat exemplifies the highest standards of hospitality, and we left with a deep appreciation for their efforts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat, especially for the chance to experience service as remarkable as what Reem provided
