Fraser Suites Muscat

We stayed at Fraser Suites twice during our trip to Oman, choosing the two-bedroom apartment both times. The apartment was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the reception staff were exceptionally welcoming. The overall service was excellent. The location is ideal, with a supermarket just 900 meters away and several shopping malls within a 2 km radius. We particularly enjoyed the food and shisha at their Shisha Restaurant, which stays open until 2 AM. The rooftop pool was another highlight, offering stunning sunset views while we swam.

We stayed in Fraser Suites Myscat for 4 nights. Our suit was fantastic and very big. There were two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The facilities were amazing. The room had a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine with all kitchenettes. The location is not in the city centre but only a walking distance to a shopping mall (Panorama Mall) and a supermarket. The breakfast was not a 5-star, but had enough choice to start a day full of energy. The room service was perfect. They clean our room every day. The receptionist was very helpful.

Our stay at Fraser Suites Muscat was truly exceptional, made all the more memorable by the outstanding service we received. The suites were spacious, beautifully maintained, and provided a perfect sanctuary after our days of exploring Muscat. One of the highlights of our visit was a breathtaking excursion to the Ad Dimaniyat Islands, a pristine paradise where we snorkeled with sea turtles and marveled at the stunning marine life. This experience was arranged with the help of Reem, a remarkable member of the Fraser Suites team. Reem’s warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. Despite our last-minute request, she worked tirelessly to coordinate everything perfectly, ensuring that we had a seamless and unforgettable experience. Reem’s genuine enthusiasm and dedication to making our stay special truly set her apart and left a lasting impression on our family. The entire team at Fraser Suites Muscat exemplifies the highest standards of hospitality, and we left with a deep appreciation for their efforts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat, especially for the chance to experience service as remarkable as what Reem provided

A wonderful hotel that stands out for its cleanliness , size of the rooms, nice view of the mosque, swimming pool, a professional staff and excellent service. Its location is perfect—close to the shopping malls—making it very convenient for getting around. Special thanks to Ms. Shaikha for her valuable advice and guidance, which helped me explore the best attractions in the city of Sur. An excellent experience, and I highly recommend it.

We were 2 couple spent 5 days in Muscat and this hotel. + The most important thing that i like was cleanliness. All over the hotel smells good. + Staff were kind , polite , helpful and professional. Specially people who work at reception desk. + Our room was large enough and we had every thing we need in the kitchen. Equipments are perfect. Also, maintenance was uniqe. (We had problem about waching machine, they change it immediately.) + Location was excellent. Near Oman mall and every things are accesible. + gym and pool were clean and fully equipped.
